If something’s wrong

SHIPPING INFO
Presale timeline: These tees ship after the presale window closes. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and 3–7 business days for U.S. delivery. (We’ll hustle—Bigfoot’s on it.)
Tracking: You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the studio.
Order contents: If your cart includes presale items, your order ships together when everything is ready.
Address changes: Need to fix your address? Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once an order is in production or shipped, we can’t edit it.
Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship it once you cover the new postage.
Delays & carriers: Weather, carrier backlogs, and holidays can add time. We’ll keep you posted if anything looks off.
Lost or damaged in transit: If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. For items damaged in transit or missing after a reasonable carrier investigation, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can help.
